Eva Zewdie

Grant and Budget Coordinator

Eva Kovacs Zewdie MBA, ATLAS grant & budget coordinator, holds a BA in International Management and German from Concordia College (Moorhead, MN) and an MBA in International Management and French from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.

She began her career in adult education as a volunteer ESL instructor and later served as Program Administrator at the English Learning Center in Minneapolis. Eva has experience teaching adult English language learners in Minneapolis, Hungary, and Albania, and remains deeply engaged in cross-cultural work and refugee support.

Her professional background spans international 草莓视频成年, healthcare, philanthropy, and nonprofit operations. Most recently, she served as donor services and data manager at Alight (formerly the American Refugee Committee). As part of a personal initiative through the Welcome Corps, Eva helped 22 refugee newcomers reach safety and navigate their first 90 days in the US, coordinating and guiding 35 volunteers across four neighborhood teams.

At ATLAS, Eva brings her passion for adult learning and systems thinking to support grant, budget, and data management across the team鈥檚 work. As ATLAS grant & budget coordinator, Eva provides leadership and fulfills responsibilities around budget management and reporting, event data and evaluation, and website forms and data.
