Betsy Parrish (²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ³ÉÄê School of Education and Leadership) gave a plenary address, The Grammar of Learners’ Lives, at the National Conference for Teachers of English in San José, Costa Rica. She also conducted a pre-conference workshop, Creating and Sustaining Optimal Learning Environments: Finding Your True “Teacher Self" with educators from the Centro Culturale Costarricense-Norteamericano and Costa Rican Ministry of Education.
